Installing RateCompass to Vilkas Now and ePages Now shops
The installation of the RateCompass product review service is easily done directly from the backend of your online store.
The installation and deployment of the RateCompass product review service is easy to do from the backend of the Vilkas Now and ePages Now online shops. Go to the admin panel (backend) and select Apps from the left-hand sidebar. You will find the RateCompass app under "Sales and Marketing".
Click on the "Install app" button to be redirected to the RateCompass registration page. On this page you can either register as a user of the service or log in if you already have a RateCompass account. Fill in the required information - you will then be taken to the RateCompass administration side.
The setup process will automatically create a Compass for your online store on the RateCompass service and set up the Compass settings for you. A Compass includes online store-specific settings that control how reviews are requested from customers and how they are displayed in your online store. Compass refers to one rating service per online shop. Fill in the required information and return to the backend of your online shop. You're done!
Once installed, the service is ready to use, but we recommend that you check your new Compass settings to make sure they meet your needs.
The service will send a review request to the end customer for each order generated, according to the Compass settings. The reviews received will be displayed in the online shop on the product page once they have been approved on the RateCompass service.
